Hier kommt der zweite Teil der Pralinenvielfalt. Alle, die kein Mandelnougat mögen, können natürlich auch Haselnussnougat verwenden.
Ihr braucht:
400g Mandelnougat
quadratische Pralinenhohlformen aus Vollmilchschokolade
Schachbrett-Pralinendeckel
So wird´s gemacht:
Mandelnougat im Wasserbad schmelzen und mithilfe des Spritzbeutels in die Pralinenhohlformen füllen.
Ca. 30min kalt stellen.
Mit dem Nougatrest die Pralinendeckel auf der Pralinehohlform „festkleben“.

It´s the second part of the pralines. If you don´t like almond´s nougat, you can use hazelnut nougat.
What you need:
400g almond nougat
quadratic shape´s of whole milk chocolate pralines
chess board cover
How to do:
Melt the nougat in water quench.
Fill it into the pralines.
Cool it for ca. 30 min.
„Glue“ the covers with rest of the nougat onto the pralines.
