Ein Tässchen Mousse-au-chocolat blanche – Pralinenvielfalt 2014 Teil III

Hier kommt der dritte und letzte Teil der Pralinenvielfalt für dieses Jahr.

Was ihr braucht:

100g weiße Schokolade (Chocolate Chips)
230 ml Schlagsahne
2 EL Puderzucker
weiße Pralinenhohlformen in Tassenform

Pralinendeckel aus weißer Schokolade

 

So geht´s:

Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen und etwas abkühlen lassen.
Sahne und Puderzucker aufschlagen.
1/3 der Sahne zügig in die abgekühlte Schokolade rühren, den Rest der Sahne vorsichtig unterheben.
Ca. 15min. kalt stellen.
Mit dem Spritzbeutel in die Tässchen füllen und nochmals kalt stellen.
Die Deckel auf die Tässchen legen und mithilfe der Mousse-Reste „festkleben“.

Fest werden lassen und in einer Dose aufbewahren.

Achtung!: Weil in der Mousse-au-chocolat Sahne drin ist, lassen sich die Pralinen nur ca. 2-3 Wochen gekühlt aufbewahren. Also schnell essen oder verschenken!

This is the third and last part of the Pralines of this year. 

What you need:

100g white chocolate chips
230ml cream
2 soupspoons powder sugar
praline shapes of white chocolate (cups in this case)
chocolate covers of white chocolate
 
 

How to do:

Melt the chocolate in a water quench and let it cool down a bit.
Beat the cream with the powder sugar until fluffy.
Stir 1/3 of the cream into the chocolate and then fold in the rest.
Put it in a cool place for ca. 15 min.
Put it with an icing bag into the cups and bring it in a cool place for ca. 5 min.
„Clue“ the coveres with the rest of the mousse onto the cups.
 
Attention!: Because of the cream these pralines have to be kept in a cold place and you should eat them within 2-3 weeks.
