Was ihr braucht:

  • Falafelteig
  • Sesamkörner
  • Salat mit allem, was ihr so wollt

Jipih!

—————-

This post wasn´t planed, so the pictures were made with my mobile. I had for lunch steak with falafel and salad. And it was so good, I needed to show you.

What you need:
  • Steak (if you want; I could have it without, but for my dad it´s not a food without meat)
  • Falafel (I took it from the organic supermarket Alnatura, but there are also other companies)
  • sesame seeds
  • Salad, whatever you want for
  1. Mix the Falafelpowder with boiling water and let it gush for 15min (just do, what is a the package).
  2. Make the salad.
  3. Model little „biscuits“ out of the falafeldough, rotate in the sesame.
  4. Roast the Falafel in enough oil.
  5. Meanwhile roast the meat.
  6. Hope the Falafel and the meat is ready at the same time 🙂
  7. Arrange it!
  8. Eat it!
  9. Enjoy it!
And it was the first time this year, that we could eat outside! Yeah!
