Schoko-Schoko-Minimuffins

Guten Appetit!

This week is the last week, that the great exhibition „The Council of Constance – a world´s sensation“ runs. And today we had 30 registered tours. So I thought the employees need cake. Here comes the recipe, so you can also bake it.

What you need:
125g margarine
2 eggs
125g sugar
200g flour
50g powdered almonds
2 teaspoon cacao
1/2 sachet baking powder
ca. 100g chocolate sprinkles
a bit milk

How to do:
Mix margarine, eggs and sugar.
Mix flour, almonds, cacao and baking powder, add the chocolate sprinkles.
Give it to the margarine-egg-sugar-mixture and mix it.
Add the milk until the dough is fluid, but not too fluid.
Give 2 teaspoons dough into the mini-muffin´s cake pans and bake it by 200°C in the heated oven for ca. 12min.

Attention!: Every oven is different, so make the test after ca.10 min., if the cake is ready!

Enjoy!
